Varietal Composition:
Chardonnay grapes and fermented in French oak barrels.

Aging:
6 months in new French oak barrels (with malolactic fermentation).

Flavour Profile:
Bright golden yellow colour.

Rich nose characteristic of Chardonnay fruit combined with vanilla and roasted oak aromas endowing the wine with body.

Balanced acidity and long lingering finish.

Served with white meats, creamy pasta, fish and soft cheeses.
Best served at 10-12 Celsius.
